Well, since a lot of iPod cases have been showcased in this section, I decided to put my question here too! I've seen a lot of the blanket stitch to go around the iPod case and I would like to know if there was a good picture tutorial for the blanket stitch and any other stitches. I would really appreciate your help!

I've done it and its not turning out right...

The two possibilites are that I'm not doing the stitches into the right chain, or I'm not reading the stitch correctly. <--This is quite likely as I'm not exactly sure what the abbreviations mean and the (    ). So, could someone please explain to me the stitches or perhaps find out what I'm doing wrong? I would appreciate it so much!

Unfortunately, the last post about crocheting in the round was not my last question. So, I apologize if these questions seem trivial to you.

However, I am confused about what the right and wrong side is. And how can you distinguish them? In knitting, I could immediately distinguish the right side...but crochet?

Let me see if I can explain this clear enough for people to understand. I am wanting to crochet in the round to make a pair of fingerless gloves. However, all the tutorials that I have looked at for crocheting in the round is to make a filled-in circle. I hope you understand what I am saying. I just want to make a tube. How would I go about doing that?

Hey, Craftsters! I need your help. In school, we are doing a science project. We will be writing a report about the men who invented Fahrenheit and Celsius. It will be on a thermometer-shaped paper. Now, of course, to set myself apart from all of the other students, I need to make mine be special. Now, getting the research and writing the report is my job…but any ideas on how to decorate the project or make it special?
