Lucky you being able to find Oilcloth. I'm states side and have the hardest time finding it, I love to make aprons out of oil cloth. And your stuff looks lovely!

The Michels by my house(washington DC area) has DMC for $.89, At AC Moore its $.75. The joannes by me no longer sells it and Hancock's by me never has any in stock. Tre Hobby lobby by my college(north Carolina) sells it any were between $.50 and $.25 depending if the sales lady knows me and how much of the stuff i buy.Grin

I use interfacing, I iron it on the back sew over it than rip it out. Its hella cheaper.

I made a bunch of Oneize's for a friend, use interface on the back, but after you have done the pattern, pull it off. I used knots, and he has no problems with them, baby clothing has seems and that what it is basically.

or the other option is to do it on some thing like broadcloth and patch it on with a sewing machine.

If you have a mass market department store, try there.

make sure you don't use steam, it will not transfer well or at all... I did this and was like wtf? it worked before, turned off steam, and got it.

My dad's best friend works for tsa and blunt scissors are allowed, its on there web sight, just print nad bring it with you if they give you a problem
