1  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Water bottle holder? What is it, & how d'you make it? on: June 29, 2004 08:15:34 PM
Hey, I've been lurking here for the past few days and finally something crossed my mind for me to post, as I haven't yet started on my crafting ventures (well, except for some really old hemp jewelry I still have lying around.

When I was on an internship the summer before last, we all got Nalgene water bottles, and during several days of training I watched a girl weave together something with her hands out of what I'm guessing was hemp to make a sort of pouch-purse like thing to hold her water bottle, with a long strap that went over her shoulder.  It was all open triangles, but I never figured out how to do it and darn me if I didn't ask.  Does this sound at all familiar to anyone?
