1  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions / Making a candle in a cup? on: June 23, 2004 02:57:39 PM
(this is my first ever craftster.org post, although I've been lurking a lot lately)

Well, after seeing styrofoamkitty's post about frosted glass I decided I wanted to make some.  Then, after I printed it off and thought about it some more - how awesome would it be to get one of those glasses that is about 3 inches tall and frost it with pretty shapes then make it into a candle?  I ran a search on here for candles, but all the ones I found were made in a mold and then were free-standing.  Anyway, I just to know if anybody knew of a "recipie" for candles that I could make inside of a glass, and any suggestions on making candles (since I've never done it before).  Smiley
