1  QUILTING / Quilting: Discussion and Questions / tying a quilt with cotton/poly batting on: April 30, 2012 11:09:16 AM
I am making a crayon quilt with my DDs first grade class for their student teacher. I was planning on using poly-fil 80/20 for batting. Is there any reason why I cant tie it? I thought it would be fun for the kids; although i guess i could do some straight line quilting as well if need be. Does anyone have any advice? TIA!
