i made this a while back, but never posted.  oops! this picture does not do justice to the lime greenyness!!! (which is totally a word, right?)

i decided princess needed a new scarf..... i used homespun. this was so quick! i made it on a 2 hr drive to visit family

this is a hat a made for my mom, its based on the poem "warning". which was the start of all those "redhat ladies" of a certain age. she also loves butterflies, so i stitched one up for her to pin on her hat!

and then i made her a spare....just in case she changes her mind!
 
the hat and purple butterfly are made with homespun, the variagated butterfly with some scrap red heart
