1  Poof! in Halloween Costumes by BijouB on: November 01, 2010 03:46:44 PM
I wanted something that was fun and this definitely was...  just be prepared for people rubbing up on you all day/night. It's quite simple to make. I used 20 yards of netting, about 200 safety pins and some rope. I cut the netting into strips and puffed together and then pinned to a tank top. It was perfect because it was easy to pull on and off (sitting can be a bit difficult in this)

The head piece (which is hard to see - sorry) is small clear Christmas balls glued onto a headband and wrapped in the netting.

2  Re: Show me your Christmsa tree! in Winter Holidays by BijouB on: December 10, 2009 04:35:22 AM
My bf told me the week before Thanksgiving that he told his parents that the house would be decorated by the time they got here... I said fine but I would get my way. No traditional tree for me!

3  My 1st afghan in Crochet: Completed Projects by BijouB on: January 01, 2009 07:36:22 AM
This is my 1st granny square afghan. I decided to start crocheting in October and this was a x-mas present for my parents. It's made using Lions Brand HomeSpun yarn.

It's not much but I'm still proud of it.

This is the whole thing (it's more lap sized than full sized)
