4  CRAFTING FOR GOOD AND NOT EVIL / Crafty Charitable/Social Causes / This is Spinal Cap on: June 15, 2007 01:28:37 PM
Hi all!

I'm hoping some of you will be able to help me raise money for a good cause.  In August I will be part of a fundraiser for spinal cord injury research - its a 2 day event in San Diego.  The first day is a dinner and silent auction and the second is a surf contest and raffle. You can read about last year's contest http://www.tonycontest.org/

I'm making beanies for sale to raise money and it would be cool to have a lot of them to sell.

These will be for sale at the surf contest (although some might be at the silent auction).  Since it will be mostly surfers buying, keep than in mind with your materials choice.  Beanies are due to me by August 1.

Please PM me if you are interested and I will send you more detailed information.

Thanks! You're Craftastic!
Hilari

Absolutely awesome! I would never dream of making my own luggage! If I did, I'm sure it would make through the first trip, what with the way I cut corners when sewing!
