1  Little Nekkid Man, MK II in Knitting: Completed Projects by The Cats Mother on: December 29, 2007 01:05:44 PM
I've made a few improvements to the original pattern, changed to nylon doll hair rather than yarn and extended the clothing range. I've also had a go at representing tattoos.

EDIT: I'm really sorry, but due to some abuse I've been getting online (directed at my knitting blog) I've felt it necessary to lock down my pattern archive. Hopefully, not permanently. I can't delete this actual post, so I've removed the links. A mod is welcome to remove the post should she prefer.

Apologies,

Kate

2  Re: "Nekkid Sleep-In" Hot Water Bottle Cover - Now in Emo Flavour! in Knitting: Completed Projects by The Cats Mother on: December 04, 2007 08:12:27 AM
I thought this was hysterical, and e-mailed a link to my aunt whose knitting group promptly whipped one up for a knitter who was getting hitched.  Here's their version, with the nekkids suitably adorned to resemble the recipients.   (This is my first time trying the Craftster photo-hosting option.  Hope this works).

Yes, your piccy showed up. Smiley

That's wonderful! Thank you for coming back and showing it to me. I love it when people have fun with my ideas.

3  Ridiculously Easy Wine Cosies in Knitting: Completed Projects by The Cats Mother on: October 31, 2007 09:20:02 AM

Full instructions here on I've Got Knits!, my knitting blog:

I've Got Knits! now houses all my knitting patterns. Please feel free to come and have a peep, but bear in mind that some patterns/images are nws. Anything risque is clearly marked, but please don't let your kids wander around my patterns unsupervised. Thank you. Smiley

4  "Nekkid Sleep-In" Hot Water Bottle Cover - Now in Emo Flavour! in Knitting: Completed Projects by The Cats Mother on: July 16, 2007 01:30:14 PM
The Little Nekkid Men strike again! This time they're getting snuggly on a hot water bottle cover.

EDIT #2: Now in Emo Flavour - and not that you can really tell, but that's supposed to be a lady!

5  Re: Knit a Little Nekkid Man! in Knitting: Completed Projects by The Cats Mother on: June 29, 2007 05:09:50 AM
I love the way his little penis makes a bulge in his pants. its surprisingly realistic and makes it more definite that its a boy rather than just another non-gendered doll lacking femininity.

Thank you. Yes, I wanted to make sure by his shape that he was obviously a bloke and not just a girly-man, even without his bits on show. *whispers* I can't resist adjusting his pipecleaner to give him a little stiffy! Embarrassed
HAHAHAHA!!   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

That is seriously one of the best knitted projects I've ever seen!  He's got hair in all the right places, and he's OBVIOUSLY a male.  To boot, he's actually cute!

Great job!

Thank you. He's also a happy little Mozzer now he can get snuggly with Johnny Marr ....

7  Knit a Little Nekkid Man! ( Now with Photos!) in Knitting: Completed Projects by The Cats Mother on: February 19, 2007 09:13:34 AM
 Wink

I knitted a 13" tall nude man for a friend, then typed up and posted the pattern on LiveJournal.

I got permission from Leah to post a link here, on condition I issued a warning of what you'll see if you follow the link, so:

WARNING: Linked material includes NWS images, unsuitable for children.  If you click on the link below, you'll see a naked, knitted male, complete with manparts and accompanying body hair. Later pictures include close-ups of knitted manparts in the making.

I also knitted him jeans and a cardy in case he feels the chill. Cheesy

Have fun!

Kate

EDIT: When I first posted this pattern I didn't have enough posting history to be able to add a photo, but now I have, so here's my original doll, F1 racing driver Kimi Raikkonen, relaxing not-quite-nekkid at the seaside. Smiley

The doll I knitted in order to type out and illustrate the pattern turned out to be... Morrissey! And yes, I scaled down the pattern to make him a little Johnny Marr. Just like old times, eh, lads? Bless!
