Sellout Buyout is a combined art show, trade show, and open market with more than 22 local artists and designers making all utilitarian artwork for sale. Among the items for sale will be original men's and women's clothing, jewelry, kitchenware, screen-tees, screen panties, embroidery, chairs, matchboxes, handbags, luggage, animal paperweights, and more! Round One hit Sacramento October 11th, 2003. The result was a massive patronage and outpouring of support. We have decided to run quarterly. That means every season will come with an event. There will be new participants with all new great products. We are all terribly excited. Please come out and join us!

has anyone here gone to one of these events? i applied to sell my handbags in the event on the 26th, but noticed something strange. does the classification of 21+ mean no customers under 21 are allowed in? what is that about?

i'm interested in selling my goods in some shops up here around SF, berkeley, oakland, santa cruz, etc.  does anyone here own a shop, sell goods, or shop at a indie goods shop like this?  my bags have done pretty well up in here sacramento and i'd love to expand to the bay area or even further down south.  thanks in advance!
