I haven't read through the whole thread yet (only on page 6) but this swap sounds like so much fun!  78 things does sound like a challenge, but I think I am up for it  Smiley

815  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Disposable Camera Swap Gallery!! on: September 06, 2007 04:03:56 PM
(I have both, I use photobucket primarily for Craftster stuff and flickr for personal).
I do the same thing!  I like it that way though so I can keep all the pics of my crafts together to show to people without having to show them all my goofy pics  Cheesy
816  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Re: Show Off Your Hair! on: September 06, 2007 03:51:51 PM
i miss my royal blue colour, but brown is ok. everyone seems to like it x3

Maybe you could put some color in the back and sides of your hair?  I think what makes it look so great is the dark brown by your face, so maybe keep that and experiment with the rest?  Just an idea  Smiley

YKYACW you watch a co-worker throw away a pretty bag and you immediately dig it out of their trash.  When they ask you what you are going to do with it you respond, "I don't know yet, but it's going to be great!"  Cheesy

Looks fantastic. How did you get the pages on the wall so that the edges don't curl?
Lots of tape  Cheesy  I put a piece of tape behind each corner, so there were 4 pieces per page.  Very time consuming, but worth it!

I wouldn't think they would need to be huge to look good.  You might play around with the size of the dots.  If you are doing a smaller one, you will want smaller dots - the more dots, the better detail you will get in the picture.  Also the biggest thing is to make sure that when you cut the pages the lines are completely straight so that you don't have gaps when you hang it.  Hope that helps!

This was actually my first project I did after joining Craftster back in January and I just now realized I never posted it  Cheesy

It's fairly large at about 68"x42"

I spent forever cutting the pages and marking on the wall to make sure everything was straight!  I was very happy with how it turned out.

You can find the rasterbator so you can make your own here: http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/  Just give it an image and it gives you a pdf (if I recall correctly) that you just print and you are ready to go!

Thanks for looking!  Smiley
