I finally finished this! It took about a week but since I've been flying through Everyday Crochet patterns this one seemed like an eternity (stupid G hook). Anyway, I like the result but am purposely not showing you the armholes. The pattern had the armholes work up in a really dumb way so their incredibly loose on me. I'm actually working on slip stitching around them to try to get them to be a little less wavy and dumb. If I make this again I'll be adjusting it. Anyway, without further ado, my waistcoat!!

Finally done! This is Galena from Doris Chan's Everyday Crochet. This is so vain, but I absolutely love how this turned out! I used Naturally Caron Spa in Ocean Spray and switched to a smaller hook after the bust to achieve a fitted look. Comments?

I am completely in love with Valentine's Day this year (even though I'm single..go figure) so I hooked up these coasters. They are sooo easy to make, and fast! I made the lot in two hours. It's an adapted version of a pattern from the Jan/Feb issue of Crochet Today. Let me know what you think  

hello,  Like so many other craftsters have said, this is a great clutch!  Thank you so much for the tut.  Have you or anyone used this pattern and added a strap.  I'm looking for a clutch with a wristlet type strap. thanks.

It would be very easy to add a strap. Make the strap, turn it and iron it with the right side facing you, then place the strap in between the two outside pieces (right sides together) before you sew the outside piece of the clutch together. Does that make sense?

I made this for my mom from a vintage pattern. It was a lot of fun to make and since it's a bamboo thread it's soft but also durable. It's my first doily so I'm pretty excited about it. Please tell me what you think

I made a pair of wrist warmers in this pattern and yarn and I fell in love with the texture. So I decided to make a nice light shrug. I love how it turned out! I did a close up of the collar so you can see the lace detail I added after I sewed up the shrug. I'd love to hear what you think!

I crocheted these cute wrist warmers while watching Pride and Prejudice. Good movie. Good results =)
