121  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / "Conversation Heart" Polymer Clay Jewelry [**IMG Heavy} on: March 03, 2007 12:34:09 PM
These are some jewelry pieces that I made for this past Valentine Day. The "convesation heart" sayings were done with an image transfer method for polymer clay.

"Sweet Talk" pastel purple conversation heart on a crocheted necklace.

"DIVA" pastel purple conversation heart on a ribbon necklace.

"HUGS" pastel green conversation heart stud earrings.

"HOT STUFF" pastel pink conversation heart dangle earrings.

Hope you like 'em. I think they look good enough to eat.
122  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Poly Clay Animals on a Frame on: March 03, 2007 12:24:42 PM
This was a custom order for a childs' 2nd birthday. The childs' name is Christian and the birthday party theme was the Zoo. Hope you like 'em.

123  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Sally & Jack Nightmare Before Christmas Halloween Costumes on: January 06, 2007 05:45:34 PM
I am a huge fan of the movie the Nightmare B4 Christmas and wanted my boyfriend (at the time) and I to be Sally and Jack for halloween. So here was the outcome:

I painted each and every stripe on his coat (which was a long coat that I cut up and made into a coat with tails look) and pants. I made the Jack head out of papermache. The bat is made out of foam and the bat eyes are what my BF could see out of, they were the lenses from a pair of old sunglasses. My Sally dress was a plain black dress and I added stripes and pieces of various fabrics. Dyed it in a dark tea to give it that aged look. I sewed the "stich marks" on the gloves and stockings as well. I think it came out pretty good for my first attempt at making something crafty for halloween. Thanks for looking!
