I've decided to bit the bullet and try it. I'm only about 5 rows in but so far I think I'm doing alright. The ribs are even-ish and the short rows aren't so hard. Thanks for your encouragement!

thats lovely!!! this is a bit of a n00b question, but I've only been knitting a few months so I think I can get away with it. Was is a hard knit? I saw the pattern on knitty but im kind of hesitant to start it since I only just mastered ribbing a few days ago and I yet to knit anything that involves shaping

hi, I'm new to craftster.

Here is my rather unimpressive iPod Cozy.It was inspired by a pair of gym socks.

I've only been  knitting for a few months and this was my first project uding DPNs but it is definatly not my last!

I tried several patterns before I cracked and just created one. I couldn't find a pattern for an 30GB video cozy. They were either too big, too small or had too much stretch to hold it secure enough for my paranoid mind.

I used red heart soft touch yarn and size 6 DPNs. I finished the whole cozy in an afternoon.I can post a pattern if anyone would like it but I think its fairly straight forward.
