I came across a pretty bland-looking pj top at the thrift store and at first glace didn't think much of it. But my little girl thought it was 'pretty!' so I decided to buy it for her. Originally I had decided to try and make a skirt for her, but after ripping 80% of the shirt apart I decided to try and make a dress. I used the collar to make the sleeves, and the purple bias tape was sitting in my fabric stash, so the final cost for her 'pretty for me!' dress was 35 cents.

I swear, sewing has become therapy for me these days...enjoy the newest litter!

As much as I love making sock monkeys, these guys are starting to grow on me. I hope you like them!

Here's my mancat Monty with his new bed. (The green plaid.) The other one is for an auction to help with a sick kitty's vet bills. The pattern is really easy and fun to make, and oddly addicting to boot. Each bed took about an hour to make.
