Phizzy your covers are as wonderful as always. Love them!

AM another visit would be so great! And I think should you pack in that much metal you might do more than sweet talk, haha. After searching your luggage and finding all that great (to us) stuff they must have wondered what kind of trip you took!

WOAH! This swap filled up faster than I was expecting it to.

Will have to sit and watch as the awesome-ness rolls in around me and patiently wait for another round, dangit.

This should be rather exciting though.

Covers!!?!!

I forgot all about doing my covers! Hehe, no wonder I got done on time.  Roll Eyes

Hmmm, got me wondering now...

AM I wonder how the airlines would feel about you packing all that rusty stuff and soldering equipment onto the plane. I can see the looks on their faces now!

soldering is easy, you should try it!  I would love to make a metal page someday with junk soldered all over it....  We're cleaning out the garage and my son is finding all kinds of nifty rusty stuff for me!

You should come here and teach me!  Grin Oh, and bring all that fabulous rusty stuff with you too!

How awesome would that be?!

Maybe like a clown Buddha?

Is it wrong that I would really love to see that!

By the way, I've got both my pages done and plan on sending them out either today or tomorrow at the latest. Nervous about being the first one done, sets a bad precedence for me. Hopefully you guys like these, they are a little different than normal...I think.  Roll Eyes

I love a good chunky page...chunkier the better in my book!

That being said, my first page is flat, hmmm. I have to wonder.

Oooh I would love to learn how to solder! Can you just imagine a good chunky 'soldered' page?  Shocked

I'll admit to having several moments of panic thinking that maybe I had received the wrong book too! Whew I'm glad you posted that pic ARoze! Set my mind at ease. I've got Knickertwists' page almost completely done except for the back and Rackys well on its way and would have been bummed had they been wrong...whew!  Grin

I'm okay with a longer send out as well, gives me time to procrastinate.  Roll Eyes

[Hey, that theme is much better than the first one I came up with!

I was toying with the idea of saying to not bother putting a hole in. I can add it where ever makes sense once I get it.

Well, I got a nice start on some sketches/ideas/brainstorming this evening for just about all of the themes except for arose's flying/soaring theme. Ug, it figures it's one of the first I have to send out. I haven't even considered 'the hole' so we'll just have to see where it ends up on my creations... hopefully I remember to include it  Shocked

Now I like the idea of making my own hole!! Therefore don't worry about the hole when you are doing mine!

Still trying to wrap my brain around this 'round' idea. Had to dicard several ideas already. I like my squares!

Racky when this is all said and done THEN I will agree that challenges are good.  Wink

There is a nice group of "Alice in Wonderland" items in the new issue of Sommerset Studio. Can't wait to tear it up and make a nice roundy page. Cheesy

Ooooh! That WAS a great issue wasn't it!

My first thought was "I want it stay in the same place it was originally."
I'm having an extra smart day.  Roll Eyes

Do we do the backs too or just artist info and make it pretty?

I'd say sign it and make it pretty.  Smiley

Round is hard! I have been fighting with my cover for a while. I'm such an orderly, everything squares up person that this is going to be a challenge for me.

Which brings me to the question: does anyone care where the post hole is on their layout? Top or left side? I decided I don't, but if one of yas does, better let us all know now!

I wasn't really too far behind you on this one, hehe.

I think I like the idea of top left but not really sure I care? Who knows  Roll Eyes. Other than having issues thinking in the "round'! Whose idea was this! Grin
