If pipecleaners aren't strong enough what about wire from an old wire coathanger?  That's what girls tend to use for fancy dress when they make their plaited hair pigtails curl up at either side if you get me?

I have been thinking about branching out into making stamps... these are great. I also love the bird one with the love heart... and the one with the eerie looking little guy.  They are all great though.

I am in England and have just started listing on Etsy. Only done 2 as my internet is being tempremental, but I know of a friend who sells alot to the US via Etsy. It's a shame they don't do £ or Euros, everything is in $, but give it a go, it's cheap and you get your own website address thing, so if you do a fair you can give out cards and they can go direct to your shop when online.

I am in the UK and wanted to give resin a go, and read a few of the strands on here. Everyone mentions Envirotex or EasyCast... you can't get it in the UK. Well there seems to be one person who sells it, but think he only wants to sell it in bulk. So I bought some off a website and I have ended up with the polyester type, and yes it stinks (and makes my nose run) and yes it appears to stay sticky (on the back anyway). I'm going to have to use it otherwise it will be a waste of money - I know for next time to look out for epoxy!!
