I was trying to figure that out myself.  Huh

This is how I do ruffles: you take elastic long enough to snugly fit around your waist, put a safety pin on the edge, and pull the elastic through the opening of the folded top. Sew the ends of the elastic together and push it inside the flap, then finally sew the opening closed. That's the easiest/laziest way to do it. Anyway, thanks moefan for your help. I might have to try it out when I get money for the fabrics.

I really like this but have no idea how to make it. I know it's just a basic halter and a basic 4 tier ruffle skirt but how do I go about the rest?

Thanks but the vinyl I got is clear. I'll keep those in mind for future projects. Some of those gave me a few ideas. You're awesome!! I'll have to do some online searching to find ideas on what I should do with it all. Keep the ideas coming guys.

I got a ton of vinyl at Joanns a few weeks ago. It was 0.50$/yd.! Any suggestions as to what I do with it? I got yellow, green, purple, pink, and orange. I have a yd. of each. It's light-medium weight. Again, any suggestions?
