Wow, this looks so prefessional! Like official merchandise or something <3
2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Tatted teardrop earrings on: July 09, 2013 10:38:51 PM
They are so bueatiful and delicate! I think a teardrop-shaped pearl bead would look great with this design.
3  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Steerpike on: June 07, 2013 12:27:01 AM
I love the texture of your stitching, it's a bit more "messy" and energetic than classic needle painting... what makes it more of an "expressionist needle painting" Cheesy lovelovelovelove.

(edit: only now I saw you saying you have to learn to stitch more carefully, not to build up many layers... and I'll agree with rackycoo: it's an awesome effect! The downside of it must be the amount of thread it consumes, though... well, if Van Gogh painted straight from the tube, why not XD)

6  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Zipper pull on: November 09, 2012 11:21:51 AM
How nice! I neve thought of making zipper pulls with lobster clasps.
7  Halloween / Halloween Decor and Parties / Re: Conjoined Pumpkin-Head on: October 18, 2012 12:10:13 AM
That's so cool! :O
My favorite part is how you painted the bones, with the black outlines.

I think the papier mach would've adhered more easily to the armature if you had covered it with masking tape, or paper strips soaked in glue. But since it's such a small and delicate work, I'm not sure if papier mach would've worked at all, or if it would be too fragile, so I think using Sculpey was really a better choice!
8  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Canvas stitches on: October 10, 2012 04:36:07 PM
Wow! The texture of all these different stitches together is so impressive!
