I am going to try to include pics.  But my dd is not cursed like me and she is skinny.  She is almost 6 and can still fit into some of her 4T pants but they are so short (some we call capris--LOL)  So I decided to make her a few skirts and she was just thrilled.  I used samples from a interior fabric shop to make the panels. There was a hole in one knee so I made it bigger and put a patch behind it.  Here ya go
