1  better sweater and my the amazing technicolor dreamskirt. in Knitting: Completed Projects by punk is the new blog. on: August 10, 2007 10:54:17 PM
So, this shawl is from the knitty gritty episode with Stefanie Japel. I just kept knitting, so it became less of a boob- holder, more of a cardigan. I believe it's called the Spencer jacket in her book.

and the back

And the skirt. It was originally supposed to be a tanktop, so the hips are designed for my bust. Luckily, I am quite literally an hourglass and the measurements are the exact same, so it works.

Also, my tanktop is coming along since I started it last night:

3  Hatty hatty, joy joy. in Knitting: Completed Projects by punk is the new blog. on: May 08, 2007 06:15:19 PM
Hi, hi. I'm a noob to the extreme. And I made a hat! further details on the blog, so visit if you wish.

That's the front, when it looks at least somewhat ok. And then you turn around to the back and it becomes the mushroom hat!!!<br>

Which does not flatter my already problematic face!
I'll try chain stich as a cast-on next time!

Any advice?
