How about these phrases to play on the whole vampire blood sucking thing...

"This T-shirt sucks"

"Halloween sucks"
2  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Slide Lamps... i know they've been done UPDATE - img heavy on: May 17, 2006 05:38:42 PM
im not sure if anyone is still watching this...but here goes anyway...

i have a question.  I bought a bunch of really cool slides on ebay...in the pics they looked like they were mounted in black cardboard...turns out they are white and some have the kodak logo on them...not attractive.  I want to remount them...not in plastic...that would be too hard for me to punch the holes in...is there a way to remount them in cardboard...do the supplies exist and if so where can i get the stuff?

3  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Re: a craft to mend a broken heart... on: November 28, 2005 04:09:51 PM
I personally like the voodoo idea...but she hasn't quite joined me in the "not liking the stupid jerk" collumn...she's still lingering in the "i really like him why doesn't he love me" collumn...i think in a few weeks she'll be ready for the voodoo doll  Wink

i was thinking about something along the lines of a broken heart something...what i'm thinking is of embroidering a broken heart on a canvas tote and adding a line from a song we both like...and a few sords of encouragement maybe on the strap...what do you think?

or any more ideas?

any ideas on where i could fimd some? I'm not looking to make them as the project of organizing my recipies will be a big enough chore:)

10  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: ok...see if you can figure this out...i'm lost on: October 21, 2005 12:07:26 AM
ok so i tried it out according to your interpretation and you were right on!  honestly the stitch is sort of a pain in the butt...so i'm thinking about trying something else due to the size of the blanket i'm making...that's a long time to spend with a pain in the ass stitch!

maybe i'll give it another shot...just because you were soooo nice to help me and figure the thing out  Cheesy
