1  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / A beaded bracelet, 3 pairs of beaded earrings, and 1 pair of sequin earrings!! on: January 15, 2005 08:23:36 AM
Heres the bracelet, the beads have like gold lines on then and other cool things, like dots and stuff. Sorry my pictures are so bad, I was trying to take them before my cat attacked the stuff.

Heres 2 pairs of beaded earrings that I made. There both the same design but just with diffrent color beads.

Heres a pair of beading earrings and the sequin earrings, I think someone on craftster either made some and couldn't post a picture or wanted to make some, so thats how I got the idea.
2  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Hats for Cancer Patients on: November 15, 2004 05:23:26 PM
Ok, I need some help, and I was wondering if any of my fellow crafters would want to help. See, my school is helping the cancer patients by collecting hats to make their day better. We currently have over 300 hats but want more! I'm trying hard to knit some because they have a lot more love than some of the store bought caps. I was hoping if anyone has any unworn hats lying around or can knit some up that they could help. If anyone would want to participate please PM me.
P.S. Only unworn hats and if they need to be washed use water and soap if you know it wont hurt the sensitive skin of the cancer patients. Also please no smoke smelling hats. We are in need of womens, childrens and toddlers hats at the moment but anything will do.

4  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Toddler Hats on: July 22, 2004 09:09:59 AM

5  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Adding Stiches on: July 21, 2004 03:27:53 PM
Is adding stiches the same as yo stiches? My pattern says to add 35 stiches to the end of the next 2 rows, does that mean yo 35 times at the end of each row? I've been trying to figure this out and thought someone on here would try to help.

8  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Knitting "Critters"? on: July 04, 2004 07:26:37 PM
I want to knit my boyfriend and animal for his birthday, like a frog or pig or teddy bear. I've been looking around for awhile and I thought someone might have done something or have a place to go to get  pattern or even have one. Any suggestions / help?
9  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Poncho Help on: July 03, 2004 05:29:01 PM
Ok. I want to do the ponco on knitty that everyone is talking about and/or knitting. Instead of special ordering US 15, 24" circs, could I use my US 8, 29" circs? What would be the diffrence? Has anyone else done anything similar?

10  KNITTING / Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller / Help with wristbands on: July 03, 2004 02:00:50 PM
I was wondering if anyone knew how to knit a wristband with size seven needles instead of size five. I started knitting with size 7 and im halfway through and it looks as if i finish it it would be double what a wristband looks like. Does that make sense? Anyway, does anyone know how you modify the instructions so that I don't have to go out and buy size 5 needles, or should I just go out and buy them anyway? Oh by the way I'm working on the "geek" wristband.
