1  Duct Tape, Beads and Memory Wire in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by NeedToBead on: March 09, 2007 09:55:19 AM
Made these two bracelets this morning.  Kinda different and fun.  Yes, you can laugh if you want, but I'm having fun with this duct tape.  Grin

You like?

3  Springtime pendant - or maybe a brooch? in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by NeedToBead on: February 17, 2007 10:36:32 AM
I made this earlier today intending it to be a pendant, but now that it's finished, I'm wondering if it would make a better brooch than a pendant.  What do you think?  It probably looks a little bigger in the picture than it actually is.  It's about 2 1/4" long and 1.5" wide.

PS - I'm kind of proud of this one, it's my own design.  Grin

Thanks for looking.

4  Egg Shell Pendants in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by NeedToBead on: February 16, 2007 06:46:21 AM
I peeled some hard boiled eggs and removed the membrane from the shells.  Then I painted the shells and broke them into small pieces and glued them onto dominos. After they dried I went over them with 3 coats of Mod Podge.
Here is one small domino and two larger ones.

5  Jasper pendant meets a sad ending... in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by NeedToBead on: February 15, 2007 04:57:50 AM
Yesterday I spent 2 hours making this wire wrapped dragon skin jasper pendant.  After I was finished I decided to try to straighten the wire near the bail a little more and accidentally cut through the bail and ruined it.  *cry*
I am such a putz.   Thought I'd show it to you anyway to see if you like it.

6  New and improved keychain in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by NeedToBead on: February 08, 2007 04:54:37 AM
This keychain had a very plain picture of a city skyline in it.  I took it apart and took the picture out, then decoupaged the outside (on both sides) and then added some cloisonne beads and swarovski crystals to the chain part.

9  What the heck happened? in Stitch And BOTCH by NeedToBead on: January 26, 2007 05:03:07 PM
I was trying to crochet with wire for the first time and had a neat little bracelet going on.  Then disaster struck and I can't fix it.   Roll Eyes

Now I have a bunch of sore fingers and nuthin' to show for it.  Cry

10  Necklaces - 5 images in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by NeedToBead on: January 26, 2007 09:09:50 AM
This first one is kind of an explosion of colors.  I just kept adding beads until I couldn't add any more.

This one is my new favorite.  I used turquoise gemstone beads and silver metal beads.

Here is a close-up:

More wire wrapping:

This last one is similar to one I made last weekend, just in different colors:
