1  The Bloody Countess from E-town or My Renaissance Project this year in Costumes: Completed Projects by ashleyohtori on: May 15, 2007 09:59:01 PM
Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to share with you the dress I made last year for the renaissance faire. It is inspired from Queen Elizabeth's coronation gown.

Its a historically accurate dress with a boned bodice, a farthingale, bum roll, lace up back, petticoat, ruff, and partlet.

I call it the bloody countess costume due to the colour of the dress.

Hope you enjoy the pics!
