@Irokanedesigns, I have you linked on the top of the sidebar! I am working on making this section look fancier with pictures etc.  Stay tuned.

@Painted Sparrow I think I can make an exception for you. Considering when I looked at your FB page the latest image was MN embroider with the word nice Grin. Where would you want me to link to do you have an online shop or blog?

Hi fellow Minnesotans,
My blog Making Minneapolis, is a crafty blog with a local theme. I am looking to fill my sidebar heading (Shop local MN Online) with links to online sites by fellow Minnesota crafters (Etsy sites, websites, blogs).
If you are interested you can post your link here or pm me. I will also be having guest bloggers as a regular feature, so again if you are interested let me know. And tell all your crafty Minnesota friends.
Here is a link to my blog

15  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Tasty ways to jazz up popcorn? on: March 10, 2012 12:34:59 AM
I have an old air popper, that shoots popcorn every which way. I find that enough gets in the bowl to feed us and the dog simply loves cleaning up the popcorn that ends up on the floor. I would say it is probably one of his favorite times. P-O-P-C-O-R-N!

Hi everyone, I just posted my template on my blog, so that you can make your very own matchbooklet without a Vintage Matchbook!
I used scrap paper and a empty six pack carton.

18  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Small Book Made from Vintage Matchbook(Now No Matchbook necessary!) on: February 14, 2012 09:10:08 PM
I was just recently admiring these tiny books http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=402443.0 and planning to make my own. When I went to find some light cardboard to use, I came up empty handed. So my brain churned up this Idea for me to make instead. A book made from a vintage matchbook. I call it the matchbooklet.

I love how it turned out! I made another one from scratch, as in no matchbook just using thin packaging cardboard, and with more pages that also turned out cool.(will post later)
I have a tutorial on my blog for the matchbooklet if you are interested.

Wow, I love this idea. Too bad they charge you extra for not being paper. I always wonder what all the little rules for sending things through the post are.

Thanks, I think my favorite thing about it is the color scheme!
