2  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Pink & Brown Flowered Baby Quilt on: November 19, 2007 08:19:26 AM
This is adorable!  Thanks for showing me a cute quilt that has been tied instead of actually quilted.  I've been struggling with the idea of tying my own quilt I'm working on, and for some reason can't get the images of quilts made in the 70's out of my head.  This helps tons!  *Off to tie my quilt*
3  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Dish towels - easy as 1-2-3 (now with tutorial) on: November 10, 2007 07:35:32 AM
I love this idea, and I went out and bought some dish towels to experiment with.  I'm having a problem with them being kind of wonky, not exactly square, and the fabric doesn't want to be ironed out.  I'm thinking I probably need to wash them, but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?
4  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Paprikash-ish chicken and rice (with pic) on: November 03, 2007 07:29:47 AM
Thank you for your post!  I made this the other night after reading it and it was delicious!  My husband even liked it.  It's perfect to just make the serving size that you need.  And who needs measurements- really? Tongue  Thanks!

10  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: baby hat w/a brim =) on: April 03, 2007 09:56:55 PM
This is just adorable.  It fits him perfectly!  When I make baby hats I always think they end up kind of oddly shaped.  I need to borrow someones baby to try them on!  You did a great job.
