1  stencil disaster.... UPDATED with brand new stencil problem! in Stenciling: Discussion and Questions by electricpotato on: June 25, 2004 03:25:11 PM
brand new stencil problem: i put a stencil on a black shirt with red paint. when the paint dried it was orange. i put red lace around the botton of the shirt, so the stencil really needs to be more red. trying to put the stencil back in the right place and going over it seems too risky... i am really good at screwing things up. (see below.)

any ideas about what i can do to make my stencil redder without ruining the whole thing?

old stencil problem (june): so i made a simple stencil that i really liked, and when i put it on a plain gray shirt i've have for ages it went pretty well, then i screwed it up royally with this crazy border-esque thing... i can't really explain how it happened, but it looks like a 5 year old made it. take a look, and let me know if you have any suggestions. in my defense, i've used stencils many times in the past and this has never happened. Smiley
