I made this jar a few weeks ago in valdosta, ga.  It is about 5 inches tall and has opaque jade green and transparent light green flecks in it.  I don't use color very often because I still break so much, but this one actually turned out well

I blew these eggs for a local art show in south georgia.  I have been blowing glass now for about 6 months, and I love it!  It is amazing to me how one simple element, heat, can transform brittle, hard glass into glowing honey.  Some of the eggs in the first pic were made by my teacher John.  The ones I made in the group shot are the rainbow and the yellow wrapped one.  I also made the other 3 eggs pictured individually

I made this bag with my grandma's old fabric from when she used to sew for my mom!  it matches the patchwork skirt that i made

I made this bag for music fests so I could carry all my stuff and still be able to dance around!  I wove this kind of burlap with some spare scraps... then I used yarn to macrame the straps b/c it's much softer than hemp!!  the burlap looks kinda nappy b/c I didn't finish the ends of the woven part, but I kinda like it I've made a bunch of bags like these... they are so easy, and soooo functional!

I made these shorts for my boyfriend... he designed the patch himself, which I think turned out to be the cutest part!  It matches a dress I made for myself!  These were so easy... I scored about 6 pairs of cord pants at goodwill for under 20 bucks... and they were all conveniently in his size, so all I had to do was cut down the seam and put in some patches!  I'm happy with my first attempt at men's clothing, haha

Whoo hoo! my first dress! I made it without a pattern... lined with satin so it is super comfy!  I just gotta add some trim to the bottom, and put in some elastic in the back... which I am dreading... any tips?

I made this skirt over christmas break!  It started out as a tank top, but got a little patch crazy and decided i wanted a wrap skirt!  It is reversible and fastens with velcro  I am very proud of it, as I have never spent so much time on one skirt



I got all this fabric from my grandma when she cleaned out her attic, leftover from when she made clothes for my mom!!
