Making a miniature top hat has been a dream of mine for a long time now, but I have NO idea on how to go about this.  Do any of you have an idea?? Thanks for the help

OMR!!!  I fraggin LOVE you!!! Ever since I saw that little worm I've wanted to make one and there you go making one that looks EXACTLY like him! You have my praise.
