31  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Mary Jane Slouch Hat on: May 31, 2007 12:14:22 PM
After getting strep and knitting all through Monday, I finally finished my slouch hat, based off of this one.  Pretty basic pattern, but I'm happy with it  Cheesy

The different colors in the yarn finally regulated themselves and ended up making a spiral... Not what I wanted, but still cool.

(I wasn't feeling very photogenic today)

Comments are appreciated!

37  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Brightly Colored Squirrelly Hat on: May 25, 2007 08:34:02 PM
Made back in December, this was my first attempt at stranded knitting.  Didn't come out too terribly.

Modeled by my squirrel-obsessed darling:

38  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Another Morse Code hat... on: May 23, 2007 07:23:54 PM
I've been on a kick of making hats for my friends.
This one is based off the fabulous idea from:

It says "I'm not wearing underwear today!"
Once I told him, he absolutely loved it.
I have to agree that the hardly noticeable inside jokes are fabulous.
39  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Lace Up Gloves (pattern from Ysolda) on: April 30, 2007 08:04:27 PM
I've been lurking here long enough, I might as well post something.

My friend fell in love with these gloves a few months ago.  I finally made them for her birthday.

Modeled.  She was thrilled to have this picture taken at 6:45 am.

Black ribbon would look better; I'm in the process of getting out and buying some.
