1  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Re: HELP-I need Ideas for a Recycling kit on: December 06, 2009 03:19:27 PM
There are lots of crafty books out there using recycling, may a craft book would be a fun thing then you can make things together.  I also have a couple web sites to share, maybe some ideas there.  Neat idea, I love it!  Your a good Mom to encourage her interests.

I like the idea of pins on the bag, also you know what would be cool...use yarn and do that embriodery kind of thing..you know like you did on burlap when you were a kid and made them into a wallhanging or something.  Love the backpack and am bookmarking it for later!
5  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Crafty Business Discussion / Re: Those custom made labels you all use on: July 08, 2008 08:00:29 AM
Thanks so much for the help, I guess I never thought of doing it myself.  I don't have an AC Moore but I will look around and see if I can find something around here.  Do you have a certain brand name you use?  Thanks again.

Can anyone suggest a resource for custom made label that you use to sew in your purses, wallets, etc.  I really would welcome your help and feedback.  Thanks all,  Chris

I love the idea of long and short handles.  A tutorial would be awsome, because I have to make a bag for my sister-in-law.  She has had a stroke and has limited movement on one side, she wants a bag for over the shoulder and I thought the short handles would be nice for her too.  I'm looking forward to your instructions.
