I discovered this tutorial today while mindlessly surfing the net...don't even ask how I came across it...and thought I would share it.  It shows you how to weave in ends, while you're knitting, when you're switching colors.  I thought it was pretty cool and very helpful!

I love to make myself socks but I hate to throw out those little bits of leftover yarn when I done and I don't like really long socks so I always have some bits of yarn leftover.  So I've started making baby socks with the leftovers and thought I'd share some:

I made this purse with two crocheted squares that I sewed together, then I lined the inside with a coordinating fabric.  I added a zipper closure to it, a nice long strap and here it is:





I plan to make some more with different color variations.

I found this pattern here in crafster by another poster and had to make some of these little owlies.  They came out a bit chubbier than I had planned, but still very cute!

I recently finished this.  It's a small handbag that I made and then covered with my own little yo-yo's.



Here's the inside view.  It's fully lined and has a small pocket on the side.
