Very cute.  Cheesy I like how the beads are transparent.

But please, no mini urn!  Shocked That might freak people out a bit.

Your pieces look very good, so nice and shiney. But what exactly is enamaling copper?
23  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Leashed Beetle Brooch on: January 24, 2009 02:28:22 PM
I love it!  Cheesy Although I dislike the real version.  Cry

I like that it is all the same colour, but do you think it would look cool in diffrent shades for the beetle and brooch?
24  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: Piano Keys! on: January 23, 2009 09:57:25 PM

25  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Computer-challenged crafter destroys old laptop that gave her so much grief... on: January 23, 2009 07:11:09 PM
I ended up making some of these for myself after seeing your post. I love mine.  Grin

But I was worried about the possible lead solder in the chips so I coated them in clear nailpolish. This way there are no sharp or chiping edges as well.

Nice job. I like the rose ring and the blue necklace.

Cool.  Shocked So many little beads would give me a headache. Your puppy looks lovely.

I love it! I think it looks better like this than if you had added homemade teacups because it is so clean and plain yet still interesting. If there were clay teacups that would be adding another material and possibly another color and it would have detracted from the overall piece I think. It looks so sophisticated and modern/victorian like.  Smiley
29  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: Ting Tings Inspired shirts *pic heavy* on: January 23, 2009 06:01:13 AM
I hadnt heard of the Ting tings before but I checked them out on Youtube and they rock.  Grin Cute shirts. I like how you reconed the backs as well as doing stencils.

Lovely!  Cheesy I like the way the last jade one is containded inside the circle. And I think the copper looks better for being a tree trunk but I bet that cost more. Good luck with your college but keep up the crafting to. You good.  Cool
