This is my favorite piece of all time.
There's something about feathers, especially peacock, that I love adding to accessories. I also wanted to make my own flower hair clip, so I combined both these elements together.

Hello everyone

It's been a while since I posted anything on craftster
But, I can fix that

I've had a pair of checkered slip-on vans for a while and decided to paint lovely birds on each shoe.

Here is the right shoe:


Originally I was going to have both shoes with the same bird except flipped horizontally so that they'd face each other. As I was going to paint the other shoe, I got sidetracked and found a beautiful image of a peacock. And so, the other shoe is of a peacock.

Okay, so I went to Walmart and bought these plain jane black flats. After a while I got bored of them and decided to spice things up a bit. I've been itchin' to paint something for quite some time, and finally the occasion arose
