1  Lizard Help! With Pictures! in Pet-Related Crafts: Discussion and Questions by innocentpeace143 on: May 30, 2007 07:09:09 PM
Two years ago my boyfriend at the time got a bearded dragon.  They are really great friendly lizards and I fell in love with the little guy instantly.  A few months ago my now ex-boyfriend gave Buddy (the dragon) to me.  About a month ago I got Buddy a girlfriend, Zoey. So now I've got two of the beautiful little lizards and I want to get crafting for them. So far the only crafty thing they've gotten is a wooden platform for their cage so they can get close to the light.
I would really really like to be able to make a harness or leash for Zoey since she was never socialized by her previous owner and so has a bad habit of running at top speed into or under places where I can't get her. Most storemade harnesses won't work for a dragon because they are strangely shaped.  Here is a picture so you can see their shape Smiley

Not my baby, but a really good picture from one of my favorite dragon sites dachiu.com

Here is another picture, again not my baby, and I can't remember where I got it, but its someone who figured out a harness that works and I am just not sure how to make one like that...

Any other crafty idea goodness for my babies would be greatly appreciated!!!

So here's my first project post.  I made this wallet after being inspired by http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=85390.0  So I made this wallet for my lovely roommate (who is modeling it in this picture)

The whole thing in made of duct tape. With one big inside pocket for cash, three small credit card pockets on the left and one ID slot on the right.
