21  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Dress for gothic photoshooting on: June 19, 2008 04:16:40 AM
One of my friends met a gothic photogapher at the WGT (Wave- Gothic- Treffen) last year and invited him and like 20 of her friends to have a giant photoshooting!
Great fun, but of course I had nothing cool to wear so i decided to make my own dress.

Total cost was about 15 Euros (which is about 100Euros less then your usual "subculture" dress^^)

The material is black crash-tafetta (right word?), I used plastic boning for the bodice, which didnt turned out any good and make some weird things  Sad ) and it closes with a zipper.

And pictures of course!^^

this one isnt the best but the only one which shows the material

Im but that fat, its the boning making me look pregnant

Showing the flare^^

All these were taken by http://www.lichtreize.com/

have a nice day!

see that is very good to know
I too prefer it but i wasn't sure if they accept it or not. I am applying to a arts program and I am submitting a mixed media stencil/paint piece and I wasn't sure if it is normally allowed/ Thanks for the info:)

I dont know about other countries, but in Germany they accept things like this for the scibbles part (you only have to do a sketchbook for design-courses. It may be different for fine arts  Huh
