1  Duct Tape Swap? in New Swap Theme Ideas by NekoEars on: June 03, 2009 07:40:53 PM
I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in a duct tape swap?
You can make pretty much anything out of it, and I thought it would be a good medium for swapping  Grin

Oh, and I'd be willing to organize, if enough people are interested. Though a co-organizer would be helpful  Wink

SO. I received todayyyy  Grin
Which I was not expecting at all, since the post office guy wasn't really confident in my package sending within a week, but none the less.
Onto my awesometastic loot.

First, a few little oragami stars! They're adorable and will be swiftly added to my collection, so they won't be lonely.

Next, some adorable bracelets. I like the skinny one best Cheesy

Then, an ADORABLE needlework patch. Seriously, the stitches are really tiny and I just love it.

Onto an item straight off my wist... A hand bound book!

I have always wanted one and this one takes the cake. I love that all the pages make a rainbow and the black makes it stand out. I can't even wait to use it  Grin

AND as if that wasn't cool enough, I got another item from my wist!

Wrist warmers! See my face? I really made that face when I opened them. I love them to bits.

BONUS ACTIONSHOT!

Thank you so so so much JRain, I absolutely loved everything!!!  Cheesy

7  Re: iPod Cozies in Knitting: Completed Projects by NekoEars on: December 31, 2006 05:35:31 PM
Alright so. I received an iPod Nano for Christmas, and im uber paranoid that its going to get scratched, so I set off straight away to get a case. Problem: they're like $30 at Wal*mart! That is complete and utter bull, so I decided to knit one... only it didnt turn out so well. So i asked a friend to make me one, and this is what she made:

I LOVELOVELOVE IT! And then I went cozy crazy and made two more out of felt. These are mine:

The monster one was made for a friend, and my iPod is modeling it... but let me know what you think!   Grin
