I made one of those last summer but my ribbon just wouldn't stay on and the record kept falling off. What did you use to stick it on there?

Hmm... maybe melting some bigger holes and tying the ribbon through would work... You've got me thinking now! hahah

Yeah I made two big holes on the top for the ribbon and threaded it through.

I used a ruler,red & black sharpie,hot glue gun,magnet and shrinkie dink paper.

Well since I couldn't make a record bowl from the vinyl from this project. I took a safety pin and put the sharp end close to a lit candle.
One by one I made small holes for the earrings as well as making the holes for the ribbon to go through.
