That is what I thought but I have never seen records in those colors I guess, other than black.  So how it is done?  I mean I'm imagining you heat up and bend a piece, but how did you cut the piece in such a nice ring size?

Hope you don't mind all the questions.  It just blows me away how people on here never stop finding cool ways to be creative! Grin

When its melted you can cut it just like making the cuffs.
Its ok to ask questions.

Ive made rings like that with shrinky dinks.. what are your stars made from?
Just paper and then I used modge podge.
