4  Florida / Florida: South / Free Open Air Market on: May 24, 2008 09:44:38 AM
every Saturday from May to October there is a free open air market.  I set up today and not a lot of foot traffic but it could be with just a little promotion.  It is free to vendors.  Today there was a plant person, bead (manufactured), a fresh seafood, baked goods and a fruit4s & veggies... open from 8 to 12 at founders park in Pompano Beach, se 4 ave, just north of Atlantic blv.

I'm going to try for the next few weeks, not the craft season here, but you never know.

I changed the material list a bit and made the assembley a bit easier but it was there idea.

6  Florida / Florida: South / Looking for a someone to share booth for shows in South Florida on: March 29, 2008 07:47:39 PM
I craft for a living on the internet, but I'm bored and need to get out and meet real people.. I'm have looked into a few shows, but would love to find a partner to split the booth with.  The cost is a little pricey for a start up on the shows.. I"m in Coral Springs.  E-mail me if you are interested.  I basically a mix of products, depends on the show and my mood.

ok i bought the kit and followed all the directions.  I was so excited to see my image, but when I rinsed it I lost my image and half of my blocked out area was now exposed.  What did I do wrong or is the photo stuff not as good as by had with screen filler.

9  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Felt Monster with Be Gone Spray on: March 15, 2008 02:04:54 PM
My little nephew is having problem with MONSTERS under the bed, so I was just going to make up a batch of Be Gone Spray, but then I saw the cute Monsters that were on the cover of the new CRAFT magazine and I made him a friend too!!
I made up a story about the monster and how he makes an invisible shield around the bed with the spray.

10  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / thirft store silk flowers & glasses...Beautiful candles on: March 08, 2008 06:31:11 PM
I made these at Christmas and I love them.  I give them as gifts all the time.  The Gel wax is very safe and they burn for ever, about 15- 20 burn time.  With the lights out they shimmer.
