Thank you everyone for the compliments!!

The scrap afghan doesn't have a pattern, It's a simple:
Ch 4, join to make a circle. 8 hdc into the circle, join.
Ch 2, hdc in 1st 2 hdc, ch 3, hdc in next 2 hdc, ch 3, hdc in next 2 hdc, ch 3, hdc in last 2 hdc, ch 3, join.
Ch 2, *hdc in each hdc, 5 hdc in ch 3 space. Continue in spiral crochet from star around....and I just kept going till the blanket was the size of my loveseat Smiley if this is confusing just email me and i'll do my best to clarify the instructions. oh and I especially love this blanket becuase I crocheted over my loose ends as I added the yarn so there were no ends to weave in when I was finished!

For the green spiral blanket I will have to look for my pattern notes and will post them on tuesday when i have a day off Smiley

It's been awhile since I've posted some projects so here's what I've completed since summer...

A scrap afghan done in hdc about 5 x 5 feet, I went through quite alot of my washable yarn stash and I have to say I'm itching to start another one but it will have to wait till after the holiday crafting is done.

This blanket is for my best friends 9 yo daughter for Xmas. She picked the hot pink color and wanted the whole thing in pink and nothing else. Of course 2 weeks later blue was her favorite color  Smiley

This blanket was started from a free coaster pattern I found browsing online one day. I just loved the spiral look, so I just kept going and going and going. The blanket is almost 6 x 6 feet square and is nice and toasty.

The grey viking helmet was made for a friend of a friend as a joke. When I took it to work to show it off, a coworker HAD to have one in blue.

And here is a willie warmer, also made for a friend of a friend. I thought it looked pretty boring and plain so I decided to make it more like a hoodie  Smiley so I added a drawstring for the hood and a hand warmer.
