111  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Can you reccomend me a rotary cutter? on: December 06, 2006 08:00:04 AM
I think it will make my projects go so much faster if I don't have to cut EVERYTHING by hand.  What do I need?  I'd like to stay under $50 for the cutter, mat and anything else needed.
112  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Prepetual Calander/Date Minder *pic heavy* on: December 06, 2006 07:40:11 AM
This is one of those calanders that has the dates, but are not assigned a day of the week, so you can use them year after year for birthdays and stuff.  This one is for my Grandparents for Christmas.  They have 8 children, and well over 30 grandchildren and great-grand children!

Anyway, here we go...

Overall view.  Each calander page is stamped with a coordinating stamp all the way down the page.

The months close up

All materials are from Close To My Heart.   Grin

We CD, and my hubby keeps using my prefolds as changing pads  Angry  He says the nylon one sticks to her bum.  Soooo...I saw this idea somewhere and made this. The top layer is fleece (that would go against her skin), the middle is 2 layers of microterry, and the bottom is PUL.  It is turned and topstitched.

This is my first finished project post, please let me know what you think.  Be honest...I can take it! Wink
