41  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Discussion and Questions / Russian Dolls? on: November 26, 2006 12:13:03 AM
Ever since I was little, I've always wanted one.  I was thinking of maybe making one but to add a twist to it... making it out of fabric.
I was considering maybe like making it with zippers to open up and have another one inside sorta thing, but I don't know how to keep them standing up and whatnot.
Any other suggestions on how I should put it together/what I would need?
   Thanks! Wink
42  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Charms? on: November 25, 2006 10:51:58 PM
Like old charms that are from Necklaces/Braclets, either flat or 3D (I have both, but more 3D ones)... Any suggestions?  Thanks!!  Cheesy
43  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Purse/Tote Bag on: November 25, 2006 08:29:56 PM
This is my first purse/tote bag that I've made.  Hope you like it!  Cheesy

I used a bow instead of a button or zipper.  It is sewed in on the opposite side, and pulled through a button hole.  I thought it made a cute addition to the purse!

The side bag thing (left of the bag) is a smaller purse thing that is attached to the inside (and can be detached) to put in smaller objects.

This is just the detail of the glittler I added over the pattern on the front of the bag.  It also is partially glittered on the little inside bag.
