I don't really have money to buy much supplies after the general fees ($31CND for tickets and a bus) and putting money aside for shopping. Thaanks.

The bust and tummy of a dress I'm making look really yuck. The tag on the fabric says "Cotton Jambo" And it's not strechy. I'm the worst sewer ever so, I have no idea how to fix it. I took a picture to show you but, it dpesn't do much justice to the problem.
