All these sammiches sound delicious. I'll add few of my favorites.
Happy Eggs Tofu Salad a handful of extra-firm tofu, squeezed of water.
about a tablespoon of veganaise
tablespoon of capers, chopped
onion powder
garlic pepper
kosher salt
optional:
squeeze of lemon juice and fresh dill mix all togther and add to your favorite wrap, bread or top a salad with it.
Sunflower Patein a small food processor combine raw sunflower seeds, lemon juice, garlic powder, a tiny bit of onion, salt & pepper, a little olive oil, and pulse until a pate-like paste forms. Add to sandwiches or wraps with some red onion, lettuce, pickles, cuccumber, and a little veganaise or favorite salad dressing.
Cannelini Garden Wraps fill a wrap with:
cannelini beans (rinsed and drained)
thin strips of red pepper, carrots, and zucchini
dijon Nayonaise or favorite flavor of hummus
broccoli sprouts
these are things I've come up with after experimenting with alot of different combinations. Any similarities to cpoywritten material is purely accidental and coincidental
