I volunteer at a Dementia Day Care, and I am sure that some of the people here (and especially their families) would love blankets/scarves etc.

I got to Canterbury Uni and there is a food bank here for when times get tough for students...I would say consider certain students freezing to death in an unheated flat in Chch or Dunedin! They would be super-grateful for a hat etc.

if you have a really little saucepan and a giant glass bowl it's really easy to have simmering water and have it not touch the bowl....I too learnt this the hard way. Your warnings rule!!! I lol'd all over my chair.

I HAVE to make these now, they sound awesome and I have never heard of them before! They sound tasty.... Cheesy

I love that it shows off your waist! So many clothes these days don't understand that most girls have waists....grrr.....anyway...
This is awesome. Great sewing, it looks so complicated as well! I love the satiny shirt under it. You look like a real moll (if that is the correct word...)
