1  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Giant M&M's Cookie! on: November 04, 2006 08:19:07 PM
The task of finding the perfect Halloween costume usually takes a great deal of careful thought and planning....for me, anyway. This year, however, inspiration struck hard and fast (soft and chewy) in the form of a trip to the bakery....

The cookie is me...I made my costume and my friend's (the cupcake) out of felt and aluminum/plastic plumber's tubing.

The front...with strategically placed M&M's and armholes that allow for easy cup-to-mouth action.

The back of the cookie. The tubing was removed halfway through the party due to difficulties in making it to the kegs.
Lots of fun and very easy to make...only several hours spent with my sewing machine and hot glue gun. I may save this and force my children to wear it someday!
