11  tinker bell??? I don't know.... (possible halloween costume) in Halloween Costumes by ibunnysavetroy on: October 22, 2007 01:45:48 PM

Does that look slightly like the tinkerbell dress? Do the blue stripes kill it?
It's a little hem, well, revealing, but hey, if it's tinkerbell, i'm good!
Or even just fairy/nymph like is good too!

(thanks!)

I love this pattern.

Pattern: Spiral Boot Socks from Interweaveknits Summer 07
Needles: size 2 for leg, size one for foot.
Mods: none, other than the needle sizes.
I put a ribbon around the top so they don't feel like they're falling down.

16  just a skirt in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by ibunnysavetroy on: September 17, 2007 04:04:37 PM
My friend Mollee loves mini skirts (mostly because her boyfriend loves legs Smiley)
But anyways, she always buys fabric, tries to make a skirt and then fails, and gives the fabric to me. I made this one for her, and I have to applaud her choice of fabric, it's very flowy and gorgeous!

(since it fits me, I'm thinking it'll be much too big for her! Opps!)

18  Dots and Red Purse and a I like coffee tote in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by ibunnysavetroy on: September 04, 2007 07:19:08 PM
For the first, I used interfacing, and it doesn't have a pocket. I used quilt binding and rope for the handles for both of them.
Dots and Red purse:

Then this one is about just big enough for a couple school books, and a pocket for pencils and etc.

19  ducks like coffee tote bag in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by ibunnysavetroy on: September 03, 2007 06:46:08 AM
I hate carrying two bags around at school (a purse and a book bag) so I made this (planning on selling different versions at my school!)
(the fabric and the dots remind me of coffee, I don't know why)

Lining and pockets (one for an ipod, cell phone, and pens +pencils)

And the duck:

20  Flat bottomed Bright purse in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by ibunnysavetroy on: August 27, 2007 07:18:27 PM
I LOVE This bag. It's my new favorite . .. . I saw this bag in the mall, it was like 10 dollars, but just the same general construction as this one...
The sides are sorta floppy, but I sewed cardboard into the bottom so it's not floppy!
(The heart on the front is acutally a pocket!)

Close up of heart on back
