1  CRAFTSTER CRAFT CHALLENGES / Craftster Craft Challenge Theme Ideas, Etc. / nightmare potholders on: December 13, 2006 10:03:16 AM
How about nightmare potholders?  The lovely thing about them is they don't take too long to make and are actually useful (not that that should ever be a reason to create something, it being useful).  I think of most of the potholoders I make as nightmare ones just because I love to make patchwork ones out of tiny bits of leftovers.  A dear friend of mine,  upon receiving a potholder commented:" It looks like it was made in a dark basement by a spider on LSD" , and I thought that was great.  I once crocheted a rat potholder for someone.  That was also fun to do.  Well,  just a thought.  This is my first post,  I'm hoping it isn't too incoherent...
